§ Introduction and Important Notice

By using the ace87 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "ace87") website and related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ace87 provides services only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Minors are not permitted under any circumstances to register or participate in gaming activities on this platform.

1 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the ace87 platform:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• All personal information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• The account holder must use a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in their own name.

2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ace87 account password and login details completely confidential. ace87 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, contact the support team immediately.

If account details are shared with a third party or the account is allowed to be used by someone else, ace87 reserves the right to suspend or close that account.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ace87 may request identity verification at any time to ensure safe and transparent service. Providing the required documents (national identity card or other government-issued ID) is mandatory. Failure to complete verification in time may delay the withdrawal process.

4 Accepted Payment Methods

ace87 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services in Bangladesh:

• bKash — bKash mobile wallet
• Nagad — Nagad mobile wallet
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
• Upay — Upay mobile wallet

The payment method must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Minimum Amounts and Processing Times

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours

6 Conditions for Use of Deposited Funds

Funds deposited at ace87 may only be used for gaming activities. If suspicious transaction activity is detected on an account, ace87 reserves the right to suspend transactions on that account until the investigation is complete.

7 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at ace87 are eligible for a welcome bonus subject to the following conditions:

• A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25 times.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total of deposit plus bonus.

8 General Bonus Usage Rules

The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• ace87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts or via third parties will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming activities.

9 VIP and Cashback Program

ace87's VIP program has three tiers, with weekly cashback offers available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular gaming activity. ace87's decision on tier changes is final. The general bonus usage rules also apply to VIP cashback.

10 Fair Play Policy

ace87 is committed to ensuring fair and equal opportunity for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Playing games through software, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or offers more than once.
• Conducting any form of fraudulent transactions.
• Unreasonable conduct or harassment toward other users.

11 Game Interruptions and Technical Errors

ace87 is not responsible for the outcome of any round affected by internet disconnection or other technical issues during play. Winnings declared due to a bug or error in the game software may be voided. In such situations, ace87's decision is considered final.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a gaming decision or transaction, contact the ace87 support team within 72 hours. The support team will investigate the matter and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. ace87's final decision is binding on all parties.

13 Collection and Use of Personal Information

ace87 collects certain personal information at the time of registration and as required to provide services. This information is used only for the following purposes:

• Unforeseen events beyond ace87's control (acts of God, cyberattacks, etc.).

18 Changes to Terms and Conditions

ace87 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. ace87 will publish a notice on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

19 Account Closure and Termination

ace87 reserves the right to close any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, particularly if:

• False information was provided at the time of registration.
• Fraudulent activities were conducted from the account.
• Any of the prohibited activities (Section 10) were engaged in.
• The same individual operates multiple accounts.

You may also close your account at any time by notifying the ace87 support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure.

20 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

ace87's terms and conditions and any matters relating to the user are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which ace87 is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through the relevant arbitration or judicial process.

21 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between ace87 and the user. Any previous oral or written understandings are considered superseded by this document.
